Just taken out an M100 account but I have zero upload speeds every evening and slow download speeds. Have tried to contact VM everyday and the excuses vary every day. How can I get a technician to visit?

Apologies for the issues faced regarding, can I ask are the issues occuring on a wired connection also?
Secondly from checking our service I can't currently see any readings that would attribute to the issues faced, are you able create a BQM as @jbrennand has advised to gain a reading of the Hub?
