is this speed normal for uploads, sometimes when i check its below 1mb?

as you can see, huge fluctuations, renders my internet useless.

yeah it seems to contently do it started a day ago, done all of the above steps and my devices are all wired.

im dreading calling virgin, dreading it.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your upload speeds, I can certainly understand the frustration with this 😔

That has to be a service fault affecting multiple homes.

still no change, havent been able to use my internet for over a week.

So intried calling and I just get an automated line saying to check online in 24 hours. It's been going on for over a week. It really is the worst internet and sutomer care I have experienced.

what are your upload stats in the virgin admin panel? make sure to check here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status

and note down when you first told them as your owed compensation from day 3 onwards https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payments/automatic-compensation

Only for full outages, not sporadic.
