new installation

New customer with new M500 fibre installation. Sometimes can get c200-300Mbps (min expected to be 250Mbps) however not consistently and often (all day today) getting less than 10 Mbps. sometimes <1Mbps!

connections and locations all fine.

any advice appreciated.

Are you using/testing on wifi devices or ones connected on ethernet cable direct to the Hub?

If wif only, can you check on a cable connected computer/laptop and see what that gets?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
