new hub

Think my Hub has had it, it looks like one of the original super hubs. Have to keep resetting it and doing a factory reset every 2 days just to keep some semblance of speed !!!

What's the fastest way to get a new hub ?  as I assume that's the issue.

if it is a SH1 then they change those out without question afaik - should not be a charge and should not start a new contract

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre

if its a SH2 then again a replacement should be free if yours is faulty - so you need to emphasise its faulty otherwise they may want to take money off you and start a new contract
