low speed

I should be getting superfast (200) but my speed test says Im inly getting 5 ! Why is this? The website says there is no problem,  but that's evidently a problem.  Any information is appreciated.

wired or wireless - always test wired

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labeled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

what you have posted looks ok but there are 24 downstream channels and a second page - there is also the upstream levels

and wired or wireless

Speed test apps which have been very reliable before. Our video conferencing is grainy and not refreshing quick enough so we are told is jerky ....

Can you translate what those metrics show, in terms of what upload/download speeds you think we are getting?  As mentioned, I'm expecting to see 200 and the speedtests are showing less than 10.  If you can tell me what you think I'm getting, that will help. Thanks
