intermittent connection hiccups

Since yesterday i am having latency spikes,  getting constantly connection to server lost messages in games around every half hour or so.I am using wired connection and are the only person on the connection.https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/48f6de05535404c0b7f46acbd88cced331... 

I tried to reset the modem but nothing changed so i started to use BQM this morning to see whats happening. Any idea what causes this? The service status shows no faults in my area,and have no programs running in the background.

Go round all the accessible co-ax connections and ensure that they are finger tight.

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow warning click the Post button again.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

Most of your downstream power levels are out of spec (In spec is -6 to +10).

Your upstream power levels are too high, or close to the acceptable level.

VM need to investigate further.

The VM staff on here do respond to threads, however it can take a day or two depending on active threads.

Bumping won't help FYI as it's prioritised on last post.

All your power levels are bad and require an engineer visit to get them sorted.

You can contact VM to report your problem using ...

The best time to call is 08:00 to get a UK agent, anything after 10:00 you must realise that you are quite likely to get through to an offshore agent that doesn't speak English as a first language.

Or you can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.
