hub 5 very slow speeds

Joining in

my hub 5 in modem mode keeps dropping speeds heres the info can i get some advice please as i have to keep rebooting for it to get to normal speeds

The downstream power levels are all too low.  

Check for a service fault via 0800 561 0061.

If there is not a fault, call customer support and report the power levels / speed loss as a fault, request an engineer to fix.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies for the lower than expected speeds. Upon checking the system, you have had a technician visit since posting. They've stated that they have removed all splitters that were not needed and changed the isolator. Everything should now be in specification and resolved. However if not, please do let us know and we can assist further.
