Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've had some connection issues. I've had a look at things from our side, and can see you're affected by an area SNR issue. Whilst this is ongoing you may find your Virgin services are intermittent, the estimated fix date for this is 29 AUG 2023 09:00.

If you're still experiencing problems after this date please let us know.
