I have signed up for gig1 fibre broadband and the first 2 days all was good.
Now its been 10 days i have had it and after the first 2 days i now get slower speeds than what i was getting on 500mbps.
I have been trying to get in touch with virgin media for the past 5 days.
At the time of writing I am on the phone with Virgin and have been in queue for 1 hour so far.
I have tried resetting the router, multiple times. At this point i just need someone to have a look at it on their end.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode. Log in and access 'Advanced settings / Tools / Network Status' and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).
Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?
