frequent drop outs/slow downs - tried ethernet already

hi - i've been trying to resolve this for a while and it's got a lot better since i switched the house to ethernet for computers where i'm working from home/on video calls. but it's still not as good as i'd expect for 100Mbps with no known service issues. 

i've done a thinkbroadband monitor as ive seen other posts ask for those...it looks like quite high latency a lot of the time. but not bad packet loss? 

i've also copy and pasted the numbers people ask for below - but these don't mean much to me...and i can't find anywhere that tells me what is "normal" vs what is bad/wrong (if anyone has that i'd appreciate it!)

any thoughts? :S

Your >> BQM << is showing signs of utilisation problems.

Only VM can do anything about utilisation.

You can call in to explain your frequent dropouts.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.

i've noticed there always seem to be high post RS errors on down channel 16 - anything i can do about that? would it be causing latency issues?
