fibre 100 drops out every few days, sometimes for hours at a time

Internet drops out every few days that I notice, maybe it happens more often.
Here is an example today for the last few hours the internet is almost unusable.

Is there anything I can do? Or is this the usual service from virgin? 
I just joined in November, so far the frequent drop outs are horrendous.

I also seem to be suffering from the UDP issue in this thread. https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Speed/UDP-issues-on-SuperHub3-collective-thread/td-p/4382720

I have set my VPN to TCP only which does help, but my internet still frequently is useless.

Logs and Upstream T3 timeouts are bad news - as is the BQM. You need VM to take a closer look at your connection but I think that will need a tech visit to investigate.

Call it in asap although 08.00 is the best time to get through quickly
