dreadful internet

My internet today is very slow to non existent today. Service status for my area says no issues, however there clearly is and it started at 6am this morning.

 

How can I escalate this?

You could check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local outages are not shown on the VM status webpage.

I have done that and they said there is no local fault and if it doesn't fix itself call back in 24 hours????

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the broadband issues. 

 

I've done a system check today and a few of your downstream channels are out of spec. This will need a tech visit to the property.
