constant braodband dropouts

i keep getting constant broadband dropout making it impossible to use. status shows partial us only

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your broadband service. 

I have taken a look on our side and it looks as though there was an outage that has now been resolved. 

Can you confirm if all is working as it should be?
