connection

been over 24 hours on speedy internet connection any one any idea how to contact virgin when you have fault. phone times out after an hour tried many times internet link been open more than 24 hours had a contact from territriage bot which was a total waste of time computer geared to ask specific question and if those answers not suitable repeat again and again cant even get to anyone to cancel  any one any ideas
