'hi i have 1 month after 25 years i have seem a month lefft seen @214 mb for £34 a month giveme that an we have a deal so giviving a me that. you have a deal if not for a year if not ill just  phone up when  deal is finshed ill canncel most broadband offer loyal customers latest deal. so here is mt notice next bill in then i canncell.cheers veronica loyal custommer.if it means anything

Hi dooz,

Unfortunately you need to contact VM directly as the Forum Team don't have access to enable them to negotiate or change your package.

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of regrade  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 4 (Changes to your package) but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

If you aren't happy with any deals offered then you need to follow the contact methods above but instead of regrades you should contact cancellations (thinking of leaving us)
