my broadband slow i contact virgin media few times still slow every time i call is always off shore India Africa Philippine  they check is ok for 1 hours, then goes down, i strong fill verginmedia should stop using this country because sometime they cut you off and when you asked to make a complain they not given you a code , it is not easy to talk someone in uk, this company of shore are no good,  they known there is a problem with virginmedia but of shore compony they ignore please stop this compony of shore, now they send a tectnician and they charging  me £25 if i cancel or reschedule this is 

ridiculous when there is a problem with virgin media in uk { please stop using of shore compony } 

the Govermment should do something about this.
