broadband speed

My router just rebooted itself, again. Now I'm only getting 15mbps download speed, paying for 350mbps. Is there a fault in my area (Grimsby) or is it my router?

As well as trying the “check service,” weblink at the top of this forum board, there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you more info about any general faults.
Have you tried a pinhole reset to factory settings?
Also, are you testing on a wifi or ethernet cable connected device?
