Looks like you have a hub3? Was there more data on the downstream tab? it's only showing 9 channels, there should be 24 ( i think) and also another table below that too.. can you post those..

 

That said, a ~90mb connection is usually indicative of a dodgy ethernet cable that is only capable of supporting 100mb, or a network card in the device that can only support 100mb - are you able to find out what speed has been negotiated on the connection between the hub and the device you're using?  If it's a windows device you should be able to see this somewhere in hte network connection status/properties

one other question, does the Virginmedia hub 3 support NAT Loopback?

well, there was a thread on the network forum about port forwarding the other day that suggests that NAT loopback is supported.. but i've also seen others say that it isn't. given the user in the thread linked above got it working, it kinda suggests that it is..
