broadband problem

Hello,

I am sorry I do not know my account number. From the past month or so we have observed our broadband to be very slow. My colleagues complain that they cannot hear me clearly, even when i am sitting next to the modem. i just did a scan on the internet and please see the attached speed. 

Can you help me? thanks!

What speed do you get using a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
