Wrong broadband speed showing on 'My Virgin Media' (M200 instead of M500)

I upgraded to the Ultimate Oomph bundle which includes M500 - my revised contract shows that my package should include M500 but when I login to 'My Virgin Media' it still states my broadband speed is 'M200 Fibre Broadband'.

Something is awry though as it also tells me that M200 is the top tier which is not correct. 

"Our broadband doesn't get quicker than this.
You're on our top speed broadband tier!"

I can confirm when I do a speed test my download speeds are only circa 200MB, and checking my modem configuration I can see that it's still configured to M200.

How can I get M500 as per my contract?

Phone up and ask for the correct speed config to be applied to your account and pushed through to your hub
