Will the 10:1 dowliad upload ratios ever be restored

When I joined Telewest. I had two IP addresses and 10:1 download upload ratio. Both of which have disappeared with VM.

I now have a pathetic 20:1 ratio. Half of what we should have. When o when will VM give us back upload capacity?

100Mb upload should be the minimum for a Gig 1 service.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're unhappy with our current uploads speeds. This may be something we look at increasing in the future, for now the upload speeds we do offer can be found here

Give a month, March, or take two, January. That timescale. Depends how smoothly the 5 * SC-QAM + 1 * OFDMA upstream deployment goes.
