Wifi speed slow and intermittent dropping when connected to works VM

Hi,

I have been having real issues with my wifi speed and intermittently get kicked off when I'm connected to my work VM. I'm working in my conservatory which is a bit away from the hub, and so have taken my sons VM wifi booster from him (no more xbox for now) but still only getting 55mbps download which is a vast improvement on my use without the booster (average was about 6 or 7 mbps download).  When I check the speed test sitting right next to the hub, I once got 190 mbps download and 37mbps upload.  However, a quick check on the VM website says that for the M350 Fibre Broadband that I have, I should be expecting 368-381mbps with a guarantee of 181mps. I have only had this once - I presume that these speeds are not guaranteed for wifi?? Two questions 1) Does anyone know how I get an extra wifi booster from VM as seems that the chat/emails are not being responded to and so hopefully someone looking at this has some connections and 2) Should I be expecting better wifi?  I do pay a pretty hefty monthly bill to VM and so feel like I should, but maybe my expectations are misplaced.  I only moved the booster today (Sat) and so no idea if this will fix the work issue, but I truly hope so, or I'll need to start looking at an alternative supplier as this is not sustainable.

I've looked at similar posts and the stats that most people seem to have been asked to post are as below
