Hi, we have a new Hub 3 & supposed to be on 350mpb speed, we are barely hitting 60mpbs most days & having to reboot every day. We have followed all the instructions & suggestions to improve the speed, had a new hub a couple of months ago & paid extra to up our speed because of the same issues previously. Called Virgin customer service many times with no resolve. This has been going on for months & I know several people in my area are having the same problems but showing no area issues. Can anyone help please?
