Wifi issues

Can anyone help ? We are allegedly on the fastest wifi package from Virgin but our Wifi is so erratic. I have bought an extender too but we get fluctuating signal even in the next room. Really want to change suppliers but prepared to let Virgin sort this issue out. i do not expect to have to reboot the hub to sort it out. Often you're not even sure who to contact. Any ideas ?

It's not a 'Wifi' package.

you do not pay for wifi you pay for the connection. VM do not guarantee any wifi connection or speed that will be up to you.

What speeds do you get wired with a gigabit network card
