Sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow speeds via your WiFi connection. When you say resets, do you also mean pin hole resets? This is where you take your hub back to factory settings, as per here. I would also recommend doing a speed test to your hub. This would help determine if this is an issue with the internet as a whole, or WiFi only. You can do this here. For future reference you may wish to check our hints and tips: here and here. And you may also wish to download our connect app. This would allow you to scan your property to optimise the wireless network and if needed order our pods.
