I am a new customer and went with virgin fibre broadband in order that I would be able to work from home and use database for work with ease. Quite frankly, this is not worth the money. The speeds were much faster at my friends house and this is getting in the way with my work
I have tried the online and app suggestions. Called customer care number and went through that process (not being able to speak to a person). I would really like to speak to someone from Virgin Media does anyone have a phone number for complaints? It is really not good enough that virgin sales teams get back to you ever so quick but the follow up service is abismal.
