Hi, I have been trying to get this sorted for the last two hours. I’ve been through all the steps on your website at least twice (check position of router, rebooted, reset the router) no improvement, checked service status it says it’s fine, tried to test my equipment but it keeps getting an error, I’ve also contacted others in my street and people on my side of the road have same problem. Been trying to find a way to contact but this seems to be it.
