Dave, it looks like you are being given the run around by the Mods and getting no real no active help. So I would Call “Retentions” on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - options 1-1-4-5 "Thinking of leaving" - they are open Monday – Friday, 8am - 8pm and on Saturday from 8am - 6pm. – [early is best!]) you will get a UK call centre who are more flexible. Tell them you want to know when your contract ends and can leave without penalty (check it first so you actually know) and tell em you want to leave for Sky/BT because of these continually unresolved problems - and they at least will try and sort it for you or give you best information (as it’s actually their job to keep customers).
