WiFi issues

My WiFi is really slow I have used the diagnostic thing on the internet when u go into the virgin settings and all seems well till I get a red triangle on the WiFi connection right at the end can someone explain what that is and if I need to

get in contact with virgin media as the hub seems to be really slow and think that maybe why I pay for 350 speed fibre and speed is about 100 ish on a good day

You need to test it WIRED, WIFI can be affected by many of your surroundings  and is not guaranteed.
