After 5 weeks my phone connection has been reconnected without the need of a engineer coming to my house and was done at a clock of a button so can’t understand why it took them 5 weeks and hours of calls and stress it was that easy. And they only select to document a few phone call records and trying to go back on the deal they gave as it is coincidentally not recorded. I know have nightmare problem number2! I get a email to tell me to leave virgin media because they cannot meet the WiFi speed they had promised so please disconnect and look with other provider!! This is how great virgin media customer service is!!
