I have downloaded the VM Connect app and am getting really poor speeds in some of our rooms. I have tried to opt in to WiFi max as we have Volt as per the help article, but it keeps prompting me to change my package and signing up for a new contract. Even the app tells me it is still being updated and to order a pod by logging in to My Virgin Media. Please help!

If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

I can see other people who have had a similar issue (who posted yesterday) have had theirs sorted - hoping someone from VM can get in contact today to help me?
