If you have a 512mb contract, and i'm only pulling out 1/5 of that on wireless (100-150max) within 30cm of distance from the router (gen3) its just horrible to sign up with someone when they promise you everything and its just nothing what is supposed to be.
I'm within my cooling off - services of day 3 and I'm already having a terrible experience, last thing I want is for this to carry on for 1.6 years.
Is it better to just cancel now and go through comunityfibre for speed?
Phone it in as a fault, decide whether to cancel or not based on your experience of how quickly you get through, how easy it is to speak to a helpful person, and how effectively and quickly the matter is dealt with.
