What is happening with VM speed?

Hi, the Internet has been a complete mess this past week. Has anyone looked into fixing it?

P.S I'm trying to post thinkbroadband data monitor, but I think the insert media feature is broken. Ah, what a great metaphor for VM 🙂

Quite an open statement considering 'The Internet' isn't controlled by VM!

You may be affected by oversubscription/utilization in the local area.

You need to provide information, like HUB stats and a BQM, to help determine what the issue may be.

EDIT: The above link doesn't work, however this one does.

No signs of any issues, if it IS the correct link:

If that edited link is the right one (I suspect it is, not doubting @carl_pearce ) then the one thing we can say is that this is not over-utilisation.  There's some unwelcome high latency peaks, but most of the time it's looking like a reasonable trace for a DOCSIS connection.  And it's either a Hub 3 that's geographically very close to the CMTS, or a Hub 4, judging by the performance between 3am and 8am.
