I suffering like many I guess from a congested part of the network (croydon/new malden), getting around 10% of my 500Mbps during the day..
I have a complaint submitted to VM for over 30 days now with no communication as to a solution.. Customer services keep promising to get back to me with an update but never do..
What is the next step , how do I get a deadlock letter if VM don't reply ?
