Way less than what I am paying for and also, what are these errors?

I pay for M200 but rarely if ever get those kind of speeds.

Having checked the router status, I am wondering if these errors have anything to do with it.

2020-05-31_12-06-04.png

Can anyone please explain what they are all about and if these are a real problem?

Thanks

Post back the full network, upstream and downstream logs.

copy and paste them back as images take time to be approved

What speeds do you get wired direct to the hub?

Re: Way less than what I am paying for and also, what are these errors?

is that what you mean?

Also, around 10-120 wired direct to hub.

I was also a little miffed as to the "Max Rate" of 54 showing on InSSider. Should that also be 54?

54Mbps is the link speed if your WiFi card.

Your stats are a little all over the place - namely the upstream levels being too high and the pre and post RS counts in the downstream.

When was the hub last rebooted?

Re: Way less than what I am paying for and also, what are these errors?

A couple of weeks ago when tech guy had been.

I will reboot now and upload all the details after it's done.

You do mean just a simple reboot and not a reset right as that is a PITA to change all the setting etc

Just a reboot to see what the levels look like again and see what the speeds are like.

why is nobody picking up on the upstream levels - at 5.1 [51] they are surely out of spec
