Waiting on my speed being corrected, can anyone help? Gareth??

I had a billing issue which is now rectified, I reduced my package from 200Mbps to 100Mbpss but for some reason im still stuck on 20Mbps! Can someone chase it up for me and get my speed increased back up to what im being charged for?  Thank you

Assuming you have Hub 3
Login -> Advanced Settings -> Tools -> Network Status -> Primary Downstream Service Flow -> Max Traffic Rate

If the device is only connecting at a fraction of this, then
Connected Devices -> Identify the device and look at the Speed

I had a similar issue and it has been traced to a recent Windows 10 update that has restricted 802.11n to just 5Mbps even though it is connected to the Hub 3 at 75Mbps

Primary Downstream Service Flow

Max Traffic Rate117000047
Max Traffic Burst42600
Min Traffic Rate0

Under connected devices it only shows my Tivo, my mobile and ipad connected to the hub, it doesnt list my PC.  Hmmm........

I had a similar issue, all devices except the computers showed as connected
I had to reset the Hub, then connect only the laptop, and then test the connection with just one device connected
I am lucky enough to have four laptops, so compared each in order
My issue surrounds the Hub 3, Windows 10 v1809 and 802.11n

What specification is the PC? (Windows version, wifi card or wired)

Windows 10, always go for wired unless its a handheld device like my mobile or tablet. The only things connected direct are the V6 box and the pc.

Just 15 minutes ago I got a delivery, Virgin have sent me a new 3.0 hub.  I already have the 3.0, no idea why they senta replacement.

Standard first fix, try a different Hub 3 which eliminates this being the cause (lifespan of Hub is about 3 years)
Sadly mine made no difference, so helped confirm the Hub was not at fault

To fill you in mate, my package was suspended cos I hit my limit, i cant work just now cos of the virus, so couldnt pay, eventually made a payment and reduced my package from 200Mbps to 100Mbps, my internet flew like a rocket previously, but since they cut me off, my internet was reduced to 20Mbps.

What limit?

There are no caps unless you’re on a really old legacy package still.
