Waiting , Waiting and Waiting for a WifiPod - Frustrating Guys... Wake up....

Hello Team,

I have been requesting for one single Wifi Pod for the past 5 weeks and I am yet to get one. 

I have been said Orders have been placed and next time an another colleague says she does not see the order in the system. And she places a new order. And later when again I call you guys, another colleague of yours say order was cancelled. What is wrong with you guys?

Cant you understand a simple need of a customer whose speed test says it is 3MBPS in his working room? 

Why are you guys so reluctant and lagging to fulfill a simple customer request ? 

So far I had made 5 calls in the past 5 weeks and have spent at least 8-9 hours waiting in the queue and explaining the issue. Completely stressed out guys !!

So today as well I called and made a new order again... At least this time the colleague( for the first time) had given me a order number - 20899981. 

I really did not expect such a worst customer experience from one of the leading Broadband provider in UK.

Really frustrating... Will never ever recommend Virgin Media to my friends and colleagues..

I know - I spoke to several VM staff over the past month, and had one engineer visit for some reason, just to try and get my first pod.  New black pod finally arrived on Saturday - but so far it hasn't been able to connect to the Hub5 - and no one at VM as been able to help.

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with ordering a WiFi pod. Taking a look at things this end I can see since posting, the team have ordered this and it's already on it's way to you.

Thanks for responding !  

After 5-6 weeks of waiting time, and 8-9 calls to your customer care and wasting more than 8 hours of  time I received my WifiPod last Thursday. Unfortunately it could not solve the issue for my entire home. Hence I raised a request for second WiFi Pod on Nov 30.

So in case if you truly apologized for the delay in delivering the first Wifipod, please put your genuine efforts to deliver the second Wifi Pod on time. But sorry to say, I really doubt this because even today when I connected with your team (again 3 calls made), I was told 3 different reasons on the Wifi pod status and got the connection cut after a long long waiting every time. 

Can you check and let me know on the status. Hope I do not have to wait for another 5 weeks to get my second Wifipod.
