WIFI poor signal

Good morning, I am new to Virgin Media and just did a Wi-Fi test on the connect app and I have a poor signal in my kitchen and bedroom, how would I get a booster please? I do not see this option in the app even though the customer service person on the phone told me I would. Please help? Thanks

Re: WIFI poor signal

Unless the WiFi Pods are free on your subscription consider buying a repeater.

Re: WIFI poor signal

Take a look here

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/wifi-max

You call 0800 064 3850 to order the first one after scanning for blackspots using the connect App.- or just wait here for a VM person to respond in a day or two and they will sort the first one for you.
