Volt upgrade

We took out an O2 contract just before xmas. O2 applied Volt there side 9 Jan, when can we expect the VM side to be done?

It can take upto 14 days for the 02 benefits to be applied if still not got the benefits by then you would have to contact vm customer service to get it applied
