I'm using the 5g channel and getting really sluggish speeds.
Trying to play Rocket League on the xbox and experiencing variable ping, which lags the game really badly.
Has been like this for a few weeks now and have had a problem fixed locally with broadband (checked the service status page)
Just trying to find a virgin media assistant that can look into the speeds and errors.
Are you using the xbox very far from the Hub? The 5GHz band is great for bandwidth but has limited range and doesn't like going through walls or floors.
