Virgin network problem area 22 LS13

Varying download speeds on 200Mb, dropping down to 110Mbdownload but still 21Mb upload.

Checking modem stats getting very noisy and post errors noted.

Upstream dropping to 1 channel on 64qam which after a reboot increases to 2channels on 64qam, remainder on 32qam.

The logs are only part of what the forum needs to diagnose the problem can you also post your downstream and upstream  stats.

Yeah there is certainly something going if you hang around a VM forum staff member will have a look at the backend to see if there is anything causing this, this take a few days.

As an added pointer, modem has bee showing 32qam/ plenty of post RS errors during last 3/4 weeks, having to reboot as required to correct the errors.
Spotted a network guy working on the main box at the end of the street which brought up the 32qam to 64 qam, but still not stable on 64qam.

Appears repairs completed!
No post rs errors on download, all upload channels 64qam and remain so 36hrs in.
