Virgin inaccessible

Virgin called me and convinced me to sign up to the more expensive M350 broadband. I've tested the speed every day and different times of the day with no other devices connected and not once has the speed been above 200mbps.

I have tried every avenue available to contact Virgin, bar sending a physical letter by post, but they are simply ignoring me.

At time of writing I have been 'on hold' via dialling the helpline number for 97 mins, so long in fact the music has stopped playing.

Can anyone suggest what I should do?

You need to test with a wired device as 200Mbps could be a limit of your wireless devices.

Re: Virgin inaccessible

Unfortunately not, with the exact same device I speedtest broadband from outside a family members house.

591mbps was detected.

On a different router though?

What router does your family members house use?

Re: Virgin inaccessible

Could you sign into your HUB on http://192.168.0.1 , navigate to 'Advanced Settings / Tools / Network Status' and post the 'Upstream', 'Downstream', and 'Network Log' data, as text (You may need to click post twice to skip an error, and post in separate posts)?

Could you also create a BQM and post the live link?

Could you also run a test against this site:
