So one week in and I can't believe how turgid VM are I'm paying for the 200mbps service; its a total joke more like 35mbps.
I've enclosed some speed tests and a report as to the garbage I'm experiencing. How do I go about claiming for the minimum speed guarantee? At this rate I'm hoping it should cost me nothing for the year and I can go back to some like BT.
Assuming they even look at the reports and take any complaints seriously?
how are you testing wired or wifi you need to test wired using a cat5e cable or better to a pc with a gigabit network card
log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labeled - upstream - downstream
