Virgin Media SH3 Random Reboots / Disconnects

Hi

I have been having trouble with my connection the past week and it seems to be getting worse by the day.

Ive had 5 disconnects so far today which isnt ideal when working from home.

Could a mod please take a look into this please , i think ive posted all the relevant information below but if ive missed anything let me know and ill replay asap.

Looks like your upstream power levels are at and above the maximum values, which means the hub is struggling to be "heard" by VM's network gear, leading to dropouts.  I'll flag your post for the forum staff to advise - they may ask for a few more checks, but looks to me like a technician visit is needed

I can see that we have had an engineer attend since and all the levels are now in spec

How are things since the visit
