Why is the virgin media 200mps such a load of rubbish. I get 10mps on a test, been this way for months, infact ever since I switched. It strikes me you don't get what you pay for. Vodaphone was way better and I switched, stupidly, very recently. Is it a Covid issue? I tried phoning Virgin but massive queues and wating times. Surely if you pay for 200mps that is what you should always be able to get. The whole family is contantly complaining. I often have to connect through my phone to make it workable. Strikes me Virgin can't supply the speeds they sell you. I would like to be financially compenasted for the appalling serice I have had since switching.
post some info - start with how you are connected - wired or wifi then post some stats
log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream
