Virgin Broadband Slowing Down In the Evening Time

It's frustrating that every day in the afternoon and in the evening time speed slows down to like 30Mbps or so. It's intermittent. Not sure how many people share the same broadband line. Another weird issue is that it happens around exactly same time period in the evening time. Has anyone else got this problem? Any solution?

Here is the speed test when it slows down. I'm on 100Mbps which they upgraded free of charge to 134Mbps.

You will need to setup a BQM  www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

This will show if your area is over subscribed. It is free and runs 24 x 7 to monitor and record the status of your circuit. Post the link to the shared live graph when you have it up and running.  It will take 24 hours to populate a full day.  Every VM customer should have one running IMHO

Also run www.samknows.com/realspeed at various times of the day and post the results here for comment.
