Very slow upload speed

I'm on Volt M500 Fibre Broadband since Feb 23.

Download speed is 540Mbps + ! (great)
Upload speed when I first signed up was about 36Mbps. The I got an email in May saying my upload speed was being increased to 50Mbps. This lasted until July. Now my upload speed has gone DOWN to 13Mbps.

I've done all the testing, unplugging, restarting etc, but makes now difference. 

I use wifi for my laptop, ethernet for imac. 

Why has my download speed gone down so much? I work from home so this is making a big difference to me.

Have you noticed any improvement with the upload speeds via your Ethernet connection now?

Hi Travis, thanks for your reply. 

Just did a speed test. It jumped up to 36.8 momentarily, now back down to 17.7Mbps.

I wish I knew why I can't get 50Mbps again. Nothing's changed with my kit.

Post up the data from the Hub - just copy/paste the normal “Formatted Text” (not images) 3 FULL sets of data onto here – 2 tables from the Downstream, 2 from the Upstream, & the Network Logs pages. Don't worry too much about the formatting it can be easily read & DON’T include personal data or MAC addresses - blank them out - if you copy/paste the data, the board software will do this for you (you may need to click the "submit" button again). If character limits are “exceeded” - just do two posts

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to see you are not receiving your expected upload speeds, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues which may be causing this.

With our Hub 4.0 and 5 we recommend using Sam Knows for speed test and not speedtest.net.

Carl was highlighting the OP's stats. He is not affected himself. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

I can confirm I am getting the expected speeds (up and down). So I don't know what's happened but it seems to be fixed now.

BTW, why would SamKnows be better than speedtest.net? They show different results (SamKnows showing better upload speeds).
