Very slow upload speed

My upload speed is recording as 0.51mbps (speedtest.net). My download speed is fine at over 200mbps. It's making working from home impossible, I cannot even attach files to an email. I don't mean it takes a long time, I mean I literally cannot do it.

Have restarted router and am connected via wired.

Trying to paste in the router status but getting "Message cannot exceed 20,000 characters" so will do so in separate messages below.
