Very slow speed

slow speed  ment to be 100mb struggling to get 30mb rang up tryed to speak to someone then get cut off and sent a text for self help which does not fix problem so frustrating need this fixing as like other people I’m paying for a service that is not working correctly on the plus side contract is up soon so will consider my options
