For some time I have experienced very slow speeds and the hub 2 regularly resets itself causing 3 or 4 minute drop outs. When I first had this service it was excellent but it has gone downhill severely over the intervening period.
i have vivid 200. I’d appreciate some advice and assistance in resolving this - the speed appears to improve when the hub resets itself - typically every few days but occasionally multiple times in a day.

Your stats are fine, but unfortunately the logs are showing a few reboots, but may be manual reboots as there is nothing in the logs showing the local circuit dropping. This maybe due to the logs not covering a long enough timespan.
The SH2 can be a bit flaky, so I would reset the Hub back to Factory settings just to refresh the firmware to clear any minor corruptions.
I would start a Broadband Quality Monitor to check if the local circuit is dropping. You will need to enable Respond to ICMP Timeout Echo Requests in the Advanced Settings > Tools > Ping section of the Hub's GUI.
